Rent Collection

We collect rents, pay property associated bills, and deposit funds directly into your preferred bank account. We handle all the follow up in the event rent is late or doesn't arrive, and ensure all payments have cleared before you receive them, so you don't have to worry about bounced checks.

Maintenance

We conduct inspections upon move-in and move-out that include documentation of the property’s condition and ensure all maintenance issues are addressed in a timely manner. Additionally, we perform the smoke detector, carbon monoxide, and water-conserving plumbing fixtures inspection at appropriate intervals. We also assist as needed on handling some aspects of regular maintenance and care of your investment.

Financials
